Necessity of Cleaning

What is Cleaning?

Parts that serve as shields for systems need to be cleaned and recycled by removing a contaminated layer in a frequently exposed area after deposition.
To remove a deposition coating, use either a chemical that reacts with the coating, not with the base metal, or use a physical force to remove the coating slightly bonded to the base metal. This process is called cleaning.
